What services do you offer?

We can provide many different services, most will be tailored to your goals and requirements. Please read our services page or get in touch with your specifics.

How much do you charge?

It depends on what you want us to do. Some services/tasks are best charged by the hour and others which take longer are best charged by the ½ day day or per project. Be assured our rates are highly competitive. Contact us with your requirements.

What websites have you got?

Our main website is: The Emporium Direct, plus we have A Horses Friend (nearly finished!). In addition we also operate on multiple ebay id’s, Amazon Europe and a facebook page along with other relevant social media channels, plus of course this site you are reading!

What do I need to get started?

If you do not have a website yet then you will need a passion for your product/service, an idea of what you want to achieve and ideally a unique selling point. Everything else we can figure out depending on your goals.

I already have a website and want to sell more, how?

Without knowing your site, products/services or competition it is hard to be specific. We suggest two general things:
One: Look at your goal conversions, identify what is working and expand on it, i.e. increase a particular product range, refresh a successful ad campaign, repeat a successful promotion.
Two: Study your Conversion Rate. If your CR is low i.e. you are getting many users but no sales then you need to optimise your site, see where viewers are falling off, introduce time sensitive special offers to create impulse, work your website and checkout flow to find any weak points etc.
If your CR is high then you need to get more users to your site, new ad campaigns, direct marketing, remarketing, increase best selling products, upsell, cross sell etc.

How does it work once I contact you?

It will of course depend on two things. One: can we help you? And if yes then how? Two: What is required and how do you want to proceed?

Basically, it will depend on your requirements, assuming we can actually provide you with a value added service that you will benefit from, then the next step would be a meeting either in person or over the phone. From there we can formulate an action plan and get rocking!
